Happy Hour around Beverly Hills

written by admin February 4, 2017

The Beverly Hills offers several great places for happy hour.  My current addiction is to Wallys.  Get there early if you want to get a seat because it gets very very busy.  Wallys is a wine store that happens to have table on the side but has such a great buzz to it, it makes it fun for happy hour, they also have a pretty decent menu.  All their 200 cheeses are spectacular; I always ask for the cheese bites. Using the worlds best ingredients from chocolate to caviar there is something here for everyone’s taste buds, not to mention they have 2,500flavor exploding wines to choose from. They allow give you a world dining experience without missing out on the fun and friendly atmosphere.

The Ocean Prime is relatively new but had a pretty lively Friday Happy Hour, not what you want to miss out on. This modern American restaurant and lounge comes from renowned restaurateur Cameron Mitchell. The ambiance and setting is extra ordinary. They offer the best cuts of steak as well as amazing signature cocktails. The back bar at the Beverly Wilshire is always hopping to as well as the front bar.  Either location makes sure for great happy hours which start at 4pm and go all night. Prime makes the VIP treatment for everyone a standard no matter who you are or when you come. They set out not only to create great food and drinks but also remarkable experiences.

Scarpetta is another fantastic happy hour dining experience. With a newly refined happy hour menu that goes from 4-8pm they offer an amazing variety of Italian food and great cocktails. The setting over looks a peaceful courtyard that can calm even the craziest of nerves. Created by chef Scott Conant’s the restaurant is lodged in the ground floor of the Montage Hotel. Executive chef Freddy Vargas offers eight plates for $8, in portions large enough to make a meal or a nice split appetizer.

Bar Bouchon surrounded by beautiful Roman-inspired fountains and beautiful white pillars with vines stretching their leaves around them is our last stop for Happy Hour in Beverly Hills. You can get everything from pastries to mouthwatering cocktails. Freshly baked pastries can also be taken home to enjoy at a later time. There is both inside and outside seating and the ambiance puts the now in Roman times. Outdoor seating is available on the colonnade, neighboring Beverly Canon Gardens and indoor seating is available at the bar. There happy hour is from 4-7pm Monday through Friday.
